If an artwork or mirror order is received broken or damaged in any way, including glass breakage, Graphic Encounter will repair or replace any and all items quickly at our expense...no questions asked. We even pay for the freight! Graphic Encounter never requires a freight claim! An industry first!

We are able to offer this unbelievable guarantee because we have gone to extensive efforts to develop proprietary, industrial strength, packaging procedures. Each piece of framed artwork or mirror is separated from one another in Graphic Encounter's custom-fitted Styrofoam, corner-blocked inserts.

Next, each grouping of four to six items is inserted into a 350 double-wall corrugated, ultra-durable cardboard container. Each box is then prepared for shipment by placing it onto a custom-sized wooden palette, which is then shrink-wrapped and secured into position with high-test steel bands.

Our clients rest assured knowing that Graphic Encounter goes the distance to make sure that our product can be shipped without problems by common carrier to any destination in the world!

If Your Order Is Short —

If you receive your order and any pieces are missing, Graphic Encounter will replace the missing items at no charge...no questions asked. We even pay for the freight — an industry first.

One Year Unconditional Guarantee

If any of our artwork or mirrors show defects in materials or workmanship within the first year, Graphic Encounter will replace them quickly, at our expense. Again, we pay for the freight and no questions are asked. Caution: The only reasonable exception to our guarantee is that our products be cleaned with non abrasive, non caustic cleaners similar to Liquid Gold...Please don't use any ammonia products. That's it. There's no small print. Graphic Encounter, likes to keep it simple for you, and we want you to be happy. Period.
