Deerfield Retirement Community

Lea Von Kaenel of Studio Six 5 in Austin, Texas contacted Graphic Encounter to help establish the interior décor for the newly built Deerfield retirement community in Des Moines, Iowa. Ms. Von Kaenel requested a traditional look with no duplications of artwork or frames. Graphic Encounter's team of art consultants rolled up their sleeves and went to work. Ms. Von Kaenel was presented with a large selection of artwork to choose from. Graphic Encounter's art consultants worked closely with Ms. Von Kaenel to decide on image placement based on the architectural elevations. Several images were chosen to go through a canvas transfer process for added elegance. Once the final images where decided upon, Graphic Encounter's team chose coordinating mat colors and solid wood moulding for each piece's production in the state of their art production facility.

Production went smoothly and Graphic Encounter met the requirement of boxing and packaging in such a way to ensure safe delivery of the custom framed pieces with in the specified time of delivery. Along with the usual side-marking Graphic Encounter took special care while boxing and packaged the pieces according to building section to aid in an easy installation.
